Mission statement

Technology with purpose.

We simplify the complex and elevate the standard. Through seamless IT integration, intelligent security, and immersive AVLN environments, we transform how organizations work, connect, and grow. Rooted in people-first values, we eliminate the pain points of technology — delivering elegance, efficiency, and excellence in every solution.

Values

People, ethics, integrity, and safety, and excellence.

Bestegra places top priority on maintaining and demonstrating its values in everything that we do. We ultimately exist to serve people: our clients by solving problems that create impact on individuals and our team members by providing career paths that support them and their families.

Surrounded by an industry where questionable ethics are commonplace, we strive to be a leader by ethics – not a follower. Everything we do is in the best interest of everybody we serve.

Truly serving requires integrity. At Bestegra, we exemplify integrity by keeping our promise to people and putting them first. Any individual that demonstrates a lack of integrity does not have a place at Bestegra.

Maintaining a culture of safety is paramount to our mission to serve. Any injury is a failure in our mission to put people first, so we’re committed to mitigating risk and ensuring the people remain safe.

In everything that Bestegra does, we don’t settle for mediocracy in any pillar. Only through an all-in commitment to excellence can we uphold our values and mission to serve.

Team Discussion
Quality assurance

Bestegra’s commitment to world-class technical talent.

Delivering an elegant customer experience in technology is easier said than done: it requires the most elite technical team achievable. This doesn’t mean simply trying to be the best — it means being the elite of the elite. Bestegra invests significant resources into the operation and training of its technical team. Training isn’t something that our team completes — it is an ongoing part of of the job that never stops.

Bestegra constantly trains its technical team through hands-on classroom/lab training, on-the-job field training, and manufacturer training/certification programs. Personnel are cross-discipline trained so team members across divisions (Security & Life Safety, Digital Infrastructure, and Media Systems) have overlapping skillsets to deliver a unified experience.

Bestegra’s limited subcontractors undergo stringent quality control, training, and security regulation. Each individual employee of Bestegra’s subcontractors must be field trained along side Bestegra’s internal personnel and considered fully proficient in performing work to Bestegra’s quality standard before being approved to perform work without the presence of Bestegra personnel. Employee’s of subcontractors undergo Bestegra’s ongoing security screening and are issued security credentials by Bestegra. It is important to note that Bestegra does not authorize its subcontractors’ entire field team to perform field work for Bestegra’s projects; each individual employee must become authorized and approved to perform work on Bestegra projects. Bestegra currently partners with only four small subcontractors with a collective total of only 23 technicians that have been approved to work on Bestegra projects. Subcontractors are strictly prohibited from re-subcontracting work further to third parties.

Bestegra’s technical capabilities show for themselves – the fruits of our technical training efforts are demonstrated in the quality of the solutions we deliver to clients.

Broad reach

We serve clients across the United States.

Our clients depend on Bestegra solutions to keep their sites across the country secured, connected, operating efficiently.

Bestegra serves national clients differently than other systems integrators.

The traditional “national” model of systems integrators involves the prime contractor deferring projects to local subcontractors or freelance technicians across the country – either directly or through field service platforms like FieldNation, WorkMarket, or OnForce. There are often multiple layers of intermediary subcontractors, consolidators, or labor brokers between the prime contractor and company or freelancer actually performing the field work. These field operations strategies that are commonplace in the industry ultimately result in a loss of quality control and communications breakdowns.

Bestegra operates its national field services differently by having its own in-house, employed technical that travels nationally. Bestegra rarely utilizes subcontractors and never uses labor platforms/marketplaces or consolidators. Subcontractors must meet stringent quality, training, and security regulations and are prohibited from subcontracting further. Currently, Bestegra partners with only four small subcontractors with a combined total of 23 technicians that meet Bestegra’s requirements and are authorized to perform work on Bestegra projects.

How do I become a subcontractor for Bestegra?2025-12-16T19:45:51+00:00

Short answer: you cannot.

Long answer: Bestegra only seeks partner integrators on its own accord and does not randomly subcontract or maintain a subcontractor list. We only partner with other integrators that match our values and quality standards. The decision to partner with another integrator is not made lightly. There is careful consideration around the partnership to evaluate the success of the partnership and ensure that partnering is beneficial to all parties – most importantly, our clients. Integrators we choose to partner with demonstrate our same values, ethics, attention to detail, quality control, and vision. Each individual technician that’s employed by our partner companies must be authorized to perform work on Bestegra projects individually. Individuals go through initial and ongoing security investigations, security credentialing, technical skill evaluation, and field training alongside Bestegra employees. Only after fully passing security investigations, receiving a security credential, and demonstrating the technical skillset and attention to detail that meets our standards, are individuals of our partners authorized to perform work for Bestegra without the supervision of Bestegra employees.

Partnership with integrators we subcontract project involvement to is long-term and under constant evaluation to ensure that there is not a different in customer experience for projects they perform for Bestegra. The majority of projects that Bestegra completes for its clients do not involve subcontractors. Bestegra currently only partners with four small subcontractors with a combined total of 23 authorized technicians. The attrition rate of subcontractor companies and individuals we authorize is very low.
